Machine/Grind Shop

RA Heller has a fully equipped Machine Shop, including some of the larger grinding equipment in the Southwestern Ohio area. We are fully qualified to satisfy your most stringent machining requirements, at a competitive price, with timely delivery.

Our Grind Shop offers large I.D. and O.D. grinding capacity specializing in rolls up to 10 ft. in length with the ability to grind a variety of hard coatings. Welding and metalizing capabilities are available upon request.

Our excellent machinery is operated by our veteran machinists, who have extensive knowledge and expertise in machining and industrial repair work. Our years of experience give us the edge on building the right product for you.  In addition, we have excellent vendor support which will supply any specialized tooling for complete custom jobs.

5 O.D. Grinders with up to 30” swing x 125” long
3 I.D. Grinders with up to 49” swing x 50” long
Blanchard Grinding up to 36” Diameter  x 12” high
Centerless Grinding up 3” diameter x 12 feet long
